Pura, ayr\u0131ca T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 25 milyon internet n\u00fcfusu ile b\u00f6lgesinde Rusya&#8217;dan sonra ikinci b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00fclke konumunda oldu\u011funu da payla\u015ft\u0131. Asl\u0131nda y\u00fcksek kullan\u0131c\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131na ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrkiye, internet penetrasyonu a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00f6lge \u00fclkelerin gerisinde. Di\u011fer bir deyi\u015fle potansiyelin \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 hen\u00fcz kullan\u0131c\u0131 konumunda de\u011fil.
